​Coach Bauer graduated from Highlands Ranch High School in 1997 after catching in the baseball program for four years.  From that time on he has dedicated  his time to building future baseball players on the field and helping them achieve success off the field as well.  After catching four years at NAIA Hastings College Coach Bauer graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in K-12 Physical Education and received coaching endorsements in 5 sports.  Coach Bauer is currently on the Slammers Baseball Staff.  He is also a Physical Education Teacher at Parker Core Knowledge Charter School, and he gives private baseball instruction at Hit by Hit sports.  Coach Bauer has2 sons Caden and Easton
